About Black Cat Yoga

Black Cat Yoga offer friendly and welcoming yoga classes, tailor made to suit your preferences and level of experience, at any London location that suits you.

Classes are taught by a qualified and Yoga Alliance registered teacher, are suitable for all ages and abilities and provided at very competitive, affordable prices.  Private, group and corporate classes can all easily be arranged.

Carla is also a pre and post natal trained teacher – and can happily adapt general classes for pregnancy students, or offer dedicated pregnancy and post natal (including Mum and Baby) classes.

Yoga can be practised by anyone – you only need a little space and a mat to start to experience the benefits of yoga in alleviating stress and tension, revitalizing the body and helping calm the mind.
